2 vine tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1 inch slice of cabbage
1 carrot
½ inch slice onion (slightly sauté for heat flavor)
Sprig cilantro (1/8 Cup)
Juice of ½ Lime
¼ C soaked almonds
1-2 tsp real salt
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp granulated garlic
Dash of cayenne
Put all ingredients into Blendtec Blender, put on soup setting (blending till smooth and warm). I like to serve with avocado on top.

It would be great to add serves for 4-6 or ?
ReplyDeleteThat's a good suggestion. I guess the difficulty for me is trying to judge that from my experience. When I make this soup I have a husband who will have 2 bowls, a teenage son who will have one, I'll have one, and two little girls who eat half a bowl, and we eat a sprouted tortilla to something similar with it. I think for this recipe you could plan on 4 to 6 adults.
