I will admit I am not very good all the time at knowing what goes with
what when it comes to making the perfectly balanced meal... but I have
noticed it is always nice to have a small fruit side for splash of color
and just a bit of sweet goodness. This is what came:) Enjoy!
Berry Splash
- 2 Cups of mixed org berries
- 1/2 C of org coconut cream or organic kefir or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp org lemon or lime juice
- dash of org local honey
Enjoy to the side of any fresh meal:)
