Red Cycle Shake

Handful greens ,chard, spinach, kale, collards
Half a grapefruit 
Juice of 1 lime and lemon
1 avocado
3 stalks celery
English cucumber
8 oz coconut water
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 c mixed organic berries
1/2 c organic cranberries
1 organic fresh beet, peeled
Ice

Blend till smooth, Enjoy!

This shake helps to rebuild women's blood and reset/clean out hormones after cycle.
