This recipe is a nod to the traditional mac and cheese, but made with better more healthy choices.1 box organic Quinoa or brown rice, or eikhorn pastaMake noodles according to box, drain and drizzle oils, milks and seasonings. Enjoy!
1 mashed avocado
1/6 C good oils ie: flax, avocado,organic olive, coconut
1/4 C organic almond or coconut milk
salt and fresh lemon to taste
