This recipe comes from way back when I worked at Fresh Food Junkies at the Orem Good Earth.
Beans and Greens
*Mix beans with rice mixture, drizzle good oils (olive, avocado, omegas, grape seed, you choose), real salt and fresh lime juice to taste. With kitchen shears cut up 1 bunch of cilantro into rice bean mixture.
Top rice bean mixture with the following:
Basically just mix all together and Enjoy! I serve it as a buffet style meal.

- 2 C of Wild rice cooked (I like to do 1/2 brown 1/2 purple) cook 2C water/1 C rice
- 1 C favorite beans (garbanzo, white, navy, black eyed, edemamas)
- oils, lime and real salt
- bunch Org Cilantro

- Sliced red onion
- Diced Org bell peppers all colors
- Diced Org celery
- Org fresh peas
- Org Spinach
- Org diced sweet small tomatoes
- Avocados
- Sliced Almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds,hemp seeds, (opt) fruit juice cranberries (bulk section)
- Sprouts
- Organic Salsa
- Top with coconut creme dollop and Spice Hunter Zip to taste
Basically just mix all together and Enjoy! I serve it as a buffet style meal.
